Organisation

As a cleaner/cleaner, you work under the responsibility of the cleaning manager or head of housekeeping.

Purpose

You clean furniture, public areas, sanitary facilities, the building exterior.

Main tasks

You will be responsible for cleaning of:

• Furniture, e.g. cabinets, tables, doors, seats, sofas, desks ...

• Making beds.

• Taking care of linen and towels.

• Utensils.

• Mirrors.

• Windows.

• Public areas, e.g. lifts, corridors, stairs, halls, entrance hall, wellness, brasserie, restaurant, offices ...

• Sanitary facilities: disinfecting and stocking with paper, soap, towels ...

• Signalling defects and stock shortages.

• Cleaning the machines.

• If necessary, you will help wash dishes or move furniture.

• Collecting rubbish bins.

• Regular major cleaning work, e.g. carpet cleaning, cleaning curtains, cleaning air conditioners, washing walls, etc.

• You do simple maintenance, e.g. changing light bulbs or filters, drains unblock ....
